General Disclaimer
- You confirm that you are the owner of the property in respect of which the services are to be supplied or that you have sufficient authority from the owner to instruct the Services.
- You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to select a Trades Professionaland to negotiate the terms of any work to be performed by the Trades Professional you have selected and that the company makes no warranty regarding any goods or services purchased or obtained through an introduction made via it's website or Services.
- The company relies on information provided by customers, trade professionals and third parties to determoine which trades professionals are referred and does not recommend or endorse any specific trades professional.
- Whilst the Company shall use its reasonable endeavours to do so, it does not guarantee to be able to find a trades professional suitable for undertaking a job whether by reason of geographical restrictyions or otherwise.
- The company provides no guarantee that a Trades Professional to whom it has passed a Customers Job information will contact the customer or undertake works directed by the customer.
- The Company cannot accept any liability in respect of any contract or other agreement entered into the Customere and Trades Professional. In particular but without limitation, the company can accept no Liability relating to the quality or fitness of any Work performed or omitted to be performed by any Trades Professional and accordingly shall not be liable to the customer for any occurance resulting from the introduction of the Trades Professional to the Customer including but not limited to any direct or indirect consequential or inconsequential loss of any kind suffered by the customer howsoever arising.
- The Company reserves the right to decline any request to supply services.
- Sourcing, vetting and appraising suitably qualified Trade Professionals is part of the services supplied by The Company. You therefore undertake to The Company that you will not, within twelve months of the Company Introducing a tradesman to you engage that tradesman directly. If you breach this undertaking you will be liable to the Company for Consequential loss of profit suffered.
